Every host completes ID verification before their space can go live on Cubby, and our team reviews each application before it's approved.
We vet hosts before they join, and every booking is tracked with a secure PIN and a timestamped check-in and check-out. If anything feels off during your booking, our support team is on hand to help you sort it out directly with your host. Cubby doesn't currently offer a blanket insurance guarantee, so we'd recommend keeping valuables with you and relying on your own travel insurance for high-value items.
Bookings will be processed through a secure payment provider, and hosts never see your card details — only what they need to confirm your drop-off.
